  • Where are you and how can I come visit? 

    • Currently we are open to the public by invitation only. As a manufacturing business we have to keep our team and our customers safe. We love hosting and will share information about public events on our socials and website

  • I don’t know how much my spring clip will be, should I just put 1lb in the processing queue to hold my spot?

    • Please make your best estimate for the clip weight. We take pride in providing accurate estimates to everyone in our processing queue. A close guess helps us to provide an accurate estimate and lead time. 

  • Do you process yak? Angora? Pygora? Alpaca? Mohair? Qiviut? Fine wool? Crunchy wool? Cashmere?

    • Yes

  • Do you process dog hair?

    • No

  • What are your products?

    • We make roving from raw fiber.

    • We offer production dyeing services for fiber and yarn

    • We will acquire a spinning frame soon to produce yarn

  • Do you make superwash fiber?

    • No. Our fiber is domestically sourced and the chemical processes necessary to treat wool to prevent felting aren’t possible under US environmental regulations. 

  • Can you help me design my perfect fiber?

    • Absolutely! We love to help people produce the roving of their dreams. We can help you develop the blend and put up you’re looking for and we can dye it with any technique you love

  • What are your minimum and maximum processing quantities?

    • Our minimum is three pounds, roughly one small sheep fleece

    • We have no maximum, in fact part of our mission is to develop wool pools to increase efficiency and decrease costs for shepherds and consumers

  • Will you dye yarn or fiber you didn’t produce?

    • Absolutely. Our white label services are designed to help shops to carry the yarn they’ve dreamed of creating.
